Dacă tot am vorbit zilele trecute despre Kimi, haideți să vă mai arăt un filmuleț cu el: debutul său în Formula 1, testând o mașină Sauber; după ce, în întreaga sa carieră câștigase 13 curse din 23. Da, ați citit bine! Kimi a participat doar la 23 de curse înainte de a intra în Formula 1!!!!

Kimi, modest și-n abandonuri

O persoană cu mai mult timp liber decât disponibil mi-a semnalat o chestie extrem de interesantă. Conform Wikipedia, Kimi Raikkonen are în cursele de Formula 1 un istoric personal nemaipomenit.

Statistic vorbind, finlandezul a abondonat în 42 de curse din cele 172 disputate, doar 4 dintre aceste abandonuri fiind cauzate de greșeli personale. 4! PATRU! Restul abandonurilor înregistrate de Ice Man au fost cauzate de probleme tehnice.

Toate aceste greșeli personale (4) au avut loc în timpul primilor săi doi ani în Formula 1, 2001 și 2002. Au mai fost câteva greșeli și mai târziu în cariera sa, dar au avut loc în ultimele tururi și Kimi a fost clasificat chiar dacă nu a terminat cursa.

Și încă una bună: Kimi n-a mai abandonat într-o cursă de Formula 1 de la Marele Premiu al Germaniei din 2009. Adică în momentul de față are 29 de curse consecutive în care a trecut linia de sosire. Not baaaaaaad!

Lăsând la o parte faptul că astăzi la Suzuka Raikkonen l-a scos din cursă pe Alonso, favoritul meu, trebuie să vă mărturisesc: Kimi e un pilot fantastic. Așa a fost la McLaren, așa a fost la Ferrari, așa este la Lotus. Dovada?
